In 2018, The Prince’s Foundation, on behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall, led an Enquiry by Design (EbD) community and stakeholder process over 3½ days to assess the local needs.  The South East Faversham Housing Manual provides a summary of the EbD process and findings.
